To prevent age-related macular degeneration, cataracts or vision impairment, eat plenty of yellow and green vegetablesevery day.Include spinach,turnip,greens,collards,squash,peas,broccoli,pumpkin and corn in your diet.Thesevegetables contain lutein and zeaxanthin.Eggs are also a good source of these components.

 Hobbies are great distractions from worries and troubles.Individuals who are involved in hobby are happier people.
